1. No Refund Policy:
- Once a store order has been placed and work has commenced, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Each store is developed based on the specific preferences, niche selection, and branding input provided by the client.
2.Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following scenarios:
- Technical Failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to a technical error on our end (e.g., inability to set up the store).
- Service Non-Delivery: If the project is not initiated or completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
In such cases, we will offer a partial or full refund or propose alternative solutions at our discretion.
