1. Free After-Sale Support Duration

We offer complimentary after-sale support for issues directly related to the work we have delivered, based on the type of store:

  • Niche Stores: 15 days of free support starting from the date of store delivery.
  • Private Label Stores: 30 days of free support starting from the date of store delivery.

2. Scope of Free After-Sale Support

Our free after-sale support covers assistance with:

  • Resolving technical issues or bugs directly related to the store setup and features delivered by ShopiDropship.
  • Guidance on using the store’s existing functionality as provided at the time of delivery.

Please note that free support does not include:

  • Requests for upgrades, new features, or additional customizations beyond the original scope.
  • Issues arising from client modifications to the store, third-party integrations, or external factors (e.g., hosting or domain issues).
  • Assistance with marketing, social media, inventory management, or other operational aspects of running your store.

3. Support Beyond the Free Period

If you encounter issues or need assistance after the free support period (15 days for niche stores or 30 days for private label stores), you may still contact us. We will evaluate your request and, if the issue falls within the scope of our original work, we will do our best to assist you. Any support provided beyond the free period or outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

4. Requests for Upgrades or Additional Features

If you wish to add new features, upgrade your store, or expand its functionality, these requests are considered outside the scope of free after-sale support. We’d be happy to discuss your needs and provide a tailored proposal for the additional work at a fair rate.
