2.Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following scenarios:
  • Technical Failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to a technical error on our end (e.g., inability to set up the store).
  • Service Non-Delivery: If the project is not initiated or completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
